Doctor Visit

Well, what started off as a sore throat turned into more than that. My throat started hurting back at the end of January. It went away so I didn't think much of it. I was like yay!!! I don't have to go to the doctor. Well, 2 weeks ago on a Tuesday, my mom woke my up around 6:30 telling me she was leaving for work. I didn't have to get up till 7:15 to get ready for school. When she woke me up, I was like crap. My throat was hurting and my mouth was dry from breathing through my mouth during the night. I was like great, I am getting sick. I kept putting off going to the doctor because I took some medicine for like 3 days and I felt a little better. Well, I proved myself wrong. A week ago today, I noticed it all coming back and gradually getting worse. I was coughing so bad and it was driving me crazy. I had taken some Robitussin for like 3 days at night time hoping it would somewhat knock me out so I could sleep. Well, it did for a little while and then I started coughing more as it was wearing off. Yesterday, me, my parents, and my nana were sitting in the den since we could not go outside or do anything because of the snow. My dad says you are going to the doctor in the morning. I was like ok whatever. I am so glad I did. After spending a little over 2 hours there between waiting, getting x-rays, getting my blood drawn, and then finding out that I have BRONCHITIS!!! I was like great. COuld my day get any worse. I got a shot in each hip and 2 prescriptions. I got to the doctor's office at 9:45 and I did not leave till 12:05. No lie. I was so ready to get out of there. So, my morning was shot at the doctor's office. I will never wait this long again before I go to the doctor.
